The ARC Global Sports Management team have significant expertise and experience across a raft of business applications (owned and operated) ranging from Professional Sports Management, Professional Services (Consulting Business, High Performance Mental Health programs / support, Career Advisory Practice, HR Advisory) Gym Management, Lecturing, Media (Podcast hosting). We invest in our athletes through our Mentor program to ensure that we surround them with the right people who genuinely care about their success in and outside the sporting arena.
Where It All Started
The origination of the idea to become a player agent was based on current demand from Athletes seeking our representation. Our key pillars were self-evident in terms of observation to the sporting elite hence the level of approaches we receive each month.
The purpose of ARC Global Sports Management is to provide a platform for fair and appropriate commercial arrangements for player compensation, welfare, longevity as well as the design of a structured career plan post their sporting career. In the field of Athlete’s management, we have seen and been advised of misrepresentation with poor commercial decision making, pre-mature endings of career and with no structure or plan post sporting career resulting in less than satisfactory outcomes for the individual.
